Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of SkoolKit, provided by Sentient Mind Ltd ("SkoolKit", "we", "us"). By installing or using the SkoolKit extension or service, you agree to these Terms. SkoolKit is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or produced by Skool.

The service

SkoolKit provides tools for Skool communities you own or administer, operating through your own logged-in Skool session: scheduling and publishing posts, detecting members whose payments have failed and sending them recovery messages on your behalf, sending triggered DM automations to members based on rules you configure, and showing you roster and engagement views of your community. You are responsible for the content you schedule, for the messages your automations send, and for ensuring your use complies with Skool's own terms of service and applicable law, including with respect to your community's members.

Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 16 years old and able to form a binding contract. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

Membership, pricing and billing

Using SkoolKit's tools requires an active membership of the SkoolKit community on Skool. Plans are Standard ($2/month or $20/year, one tool of your choice), Premium ($6/month or $60/year, up to three tools), and VIP ($17/month or $170/year, every tool, including future ones). Membership and billing are handled through Skool; your Skool membership terms and Skool's payment terms apply. Access ends when your membership ends. Prices and what each plan includes may change on notice.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use SkoolKit to post or send spam, unlawful, infringing, deceptive, or abusive content, to harass your members, to violate Skool's terms, or to interfere with the service. We may suspend or terminate access for misuse or to protect the service and its users.

Intellectual property

SkoolKit and its branding are owned by Sentient Mind Ltd. You retain ownership of the content you create and schedule; you grant us the limited rights necessary to store and publish it on your behalf.

Disclaimers

SkoolKit is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that scheduled posts or automated messages will always publish or send on time or at all, for example if your Skool session expires or Skool changes or restricts its platform. You are responsible for verifying important posts and messages.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from missed or failed posts or messages or from changes to Skool's platform. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the three months before the claim.

Changes and termination

We may update these Terms or the service from time to time; material changes will be posted here with an updated date. You may stop using SkoolKit at any time. We may suspend or end access if you breach these Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts, except where mandatory local law provides otherwise.
